On October 17, 2024, a unique event – Teaching Innovation Bootcamp – was organized in the Faculty of Economic Engineering and Business.
The aim of the Bootcamp was to inspire the teachers of UTM’s e-AgriMBA program e-AgriMBA, so that they can optimize and adapt their teaching content to the real needs and benefits in agribusiness. This will facilitate stimulating the continuous qualification of specialists working in Moldovan agribusiness, which will influence the successful and sustainable development of Moldovan agribusiness, ensuring the success of (pre)accession to the EU.
The Bootcamp experts were: Dr. Krisztian Kovács (University of Debrecen, Hungary), Dr. Adam Péntek (University of Debrecen, Hungary), Prof. Dr. Rico Ihle (Wageningen University, Netherlands), Prof. Dr. Marcin Zbieć (Warsaw University of Life Sciecnes, Poland), Prof. Dr. Bruce Ahrendsen (University of Arkansas, USA), Dr. Evert Los (Wageningen UR, Netherlands), Adam Patkowski (Warsaw University of Life Sciecnes, Poland).At the end of the Bootcamp, a panel discussion was organized between the professors of the Department of Economics and Management, the business environment of the Republic of Moldova and the business environment of Poland, the Netherlands, Croatia, USA.
We highly appreciate the support and willingness to share their opinions, perspectives and recommendations during the discussion with professors from the Technical University of Moldova (TUM) on the needs of skills and knowledge for modern and competitive agribusiness sector of Mr. CIOINAC Ghenadie CIOINAC, Ms. PAPUC Natalia PAPUC, Mr. Alexandru ALEXEEV, Mr. Iurie FALA, Mr. Andrei Zbancă.

We believe that synergy effects and shared vision will have a pronounced business perspective, so that UTM professors teaching at UTM’s AgriMBA program will be able to optimize and adapt the teaching content to the real needs in agribusiness.
This will facilitate the MBA program to become a prestigious program that will stimulate the continuous qualification of specialists working in agribusiness from both Moldovan and EU perspectives.
